At paw99, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, our team will call the customer to confirm the order to avoid fake orders.

• If the COD order is not confirmed via call, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery Timeline

• Delivery dates are subject to the schedule of the shipping partner.

• While we strive for timely delivery, paw99 cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to third-party logistics.

Customer Rejection

• If the customer rejects the order at delivery, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Additional Notes

• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch

• Customers are advised to ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate
