Return & Refund Policy

At paw99, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and transparency. Due to the nature of pet care products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases where the error is from our side.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • An incorrect product was delivered, or

  • Wrong product information was shared by paw99, resulting in a mismatch

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The customer ordered the wrong product

  • The product does not meet personal expectations

  • Size, color, or preference issues

  • The product has been used, opened, or damaged after delivery

Replacement Shipping Charges

If a customer requests a replacement for reasons not caused by paw99, the customer will be required to pay both-side shipping charges (return + re-dispatch).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (only applicable for paw99-side errors) will be processed after product inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • paw99 reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification
